§ 2.08.030. Powers in absence of city clerk and treasurer.

The deputy city clerk and treasurer, in the absence or inability of the city clerk and treasurer to act, has all of the authority, powers, duties and responsibilities as would the city clerk and treasurer have, were he not absent or unable to act.
