§ 2.06.020. Municipal court judge—Appointment—Term—Compensation.

The mayor shall, subject to confirmation by the city council, appoint a competent person to the position of municipal court judge to serve during the pleasure of the mayor and city council and to receive such salary as may from time to time be fixed therefor, which shall be paid in the same manner and at the same time as the compensation of other city employees is paid.
