§ 21.60.010. Modular home defined.

  • "Modular home" means a single-family woodframe structure with a roof pitch of not less than 1:6 and eave projection of not less than eighteen inches minimum, containing a minimum of one thousand square feet of living space, constructed in accordance with, and meeting, all the requirements of the city, the Uniform Building Code, the Uniform Plumbing Code and the National Electrical Code, and is a home which is prefabricated, or factory-built, and thereafter transplanted to its final location.
