§ 21.40.040. Off-street parking requirements.

There shall be the following off-street parking in an R-C district.
A.

For R-1 and R-2 uses, same as respective zone.

B.

Public and semipublic uses, one parking space for every four hundred square feet of gross floor area.

C.

For single family dwelling units on lots of less than five thousand square feet, two off-street parking spaces are required with one space enclosed in a garage.
