§ 21.40.020. Review by board of adjustment in certain instances.

Where any nonresidence use of buildings or land in an R-C transition use residence district shall be less than one thousand square feet or more than five thousand square feet of usable ground floor area in any one structure, review by the board of adjustment shall be required.
