§ 21.36.030. Off-street parking requirements.

There shall be the following off-street parking in an R-2 district:

A.

One and one-half off-street parking spaces for each dwelling unit;

B.

Four units or more, one off-street parking space for each unit and one guest space for each four units;

C.

Churches, one space for every four seats;

D.

Public and semipublic uses, one space for each two hundred fifty square feet of gross floor area.
