§ 21.36.010. Permitted uses—Required area and width.

  • The following are permissive uses on lot or parcel in an R-2 limited multiple residence district having an area of not less than five thousand square feet with a minimum average width of fifty feet:

    A.

    All uses permitted in the R-1 district;

    B.

    Multiple-family dwelling, provided not more than one unit be erected for each two thousand square feet of lot area and not more than four units be combined in a single structure;

    C.

    Boarding and roominghouses, homes for children and aqed;

    D.

    Churches, Sunday schools and similar uses;

    E.

    Accessory uses customary and incident thereto, providing they be not closer than ten feet to any main building on the same or adjoining lot;

    F.

    Office of a resident professional person in a dwelling unit wherein such person resides, providing advertising be limited to one unlighted sign not greater than two square feet in area and no exterior alterations be made to the structure.
