§ 20.28.010. Penalty for violation.

Any person violating the provisions of this title or the planning act shall upon conviction thereof be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed one thousand dollars or imprisonment not to exceed six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
