§ 20.04.010. Short title and purpose of provisions—Statutory authority.

This title shall be known and may be cited as the "Fallon subdivision title." Its purpose is to safeguard the public health, safety, convenience and general welfare and to bring about an orderly, coordinated and economic development of the area by establishing minimum standards of design and improvement for any subdivision hereafter platted on the incorporated area of the city. The regulations herein set forth are authorized by Chapter 278 of the Nevada Revised Statutes, as amended.
