§ 1.08.030. Prohibited act is misdemeanor when no penalty imposed.

  • Whenever the performance of any act is prohibited by this code, or is made or declared to be unlawful, or whenever the doing of any act is required by this code, or the failure to do any act is declared to be unlawful by this code, and no penalty for the violation of such provision is imposed or provided for, then the performance of such act or the failure to perform such act shall be a misdemeanor.
