§ 17.08.080. Fees.

A.

In addition to the other fees as herein provided, all applicants for building permits to construct new homes shall be required to pay an amount, to be established by the city council, to be set aside in a park fund. The money so collected shall be accumulated in the park fund and shall be used for park acquisition or development. New homes, for the purpose of this section, shall include homes constructed on site, or annexed or moved into the city. The fee for apartments and other multiple dwellings shall be based on the number of dwelling units.

B.

All fees collected shall be paid in to the city treasury.
