The following nationally recognized codes are hereby adopted by reference by the City of Fallon, together with the supplements, listed amendments, and additions and deletions thereto, as noted below:

A.

2012 Edition, International Building Code ("IBC"), and Appendices C, E, H and I, with the following additions and deletions:

1.

Section 105.2 Building: 2 - delete entire section;

2.

Section 113 - delete entire section;

3.

Section 312.1 - delete "more than 6 feet (1829 mm) in height";

4.

Section 1612.3 - insert "Churchill County and Incorporated Areas";

5.

Section 1612.3 - insert "September 28, 2008"; and

6.

Section 3412.2 - insert "April 1, 2014";

B.

2012 Edition, International Residential Code ("IRC"), and Appendices A, B, C, G, H and L, with the following additions and deletions:

1.

Section R105.2 Building: 2 - delete entire section; and

2.

Section R112 - delete entire section;

C.

2012 Edition, International Existing Building Code ("IEBC"), and Appendices A, B and C, with the following additions and deletions:

1.

Section 112 - delete entire section; and

2.

Section 1401.2 - insert "April 1, 2014";

D.

2012 Edition, International Fuel Gas Code ("IFGC"), and Appendices A, B and C, with the following additions and deletions:

Section 109 - delete entire section;
