§ 16.20.010. Oil-burning system defined—Compliance with rules and regulations required.

  • An "oil-burning system" shall consist of all equipment connected to the burner and located in the building, or adjacent thereto, including the auxiliary supply tank and the provisions for filling same, piping, burner and all accessories. Where these systems are used their hazards shall be recognized and rules and regulations which are the provisions of this chapter shall be rigidly observed in all installations.
