§ 14.12.160. Service—Discontinuance—Application required.

In case the owner of premises on which water is used desires to discontinue the use of water form any service, he must make an application for that purpose at the office of the city clerk and after the date of the receipt of such application the water rents accruing for such service shall cease for the period during which the service shall be shut off, providing the period of such discontinuance be not less than one month.
