§ 14.12.140. Supplying water to other premises prohibited—Exception.

No hydrant, gooseneck, hosebit or hose attachment shall be placed in any yard or area of any premises situated so as to be accessible to persons living in or occupying neighboring premises, nor shall water takers be allowed to supply water to others, or to other premises owned by themselves, except by special permit from the superintendent of water.
