§ 14.12.110. Plumbing installation or alteration—Notification of initiation and completion of work required.

No person shall install plumbing or water pipes or make any alterations in such plumbing or water pipes connected with the city water system without first notifying the superintendent of water of the intention of so doing and all plumbers shall, immediately on the completion of any such work, furnish the superintendent of water with a complete written description of any such work done by him.
