§ 14.12.040. Service—Size and quantity determined by superintendent of water.

The size of the tap to be inserted in a water main and the size and quantity of the service pipe between the tap in the street main and the curb line, curb cock and curb box, under any application for water service, will be determined by the superintendent of water.
