§ 13.20.010. Curb cut—Permission from state highway engineer prerequisite to application when.

For curb cuts that are proposed to be made on or in any federal aid highway or highway controlled by the state, the person desiring to make such curb cut shall first receive permission from the State Highway Engineer before making application to the city engineer in the manner provided in this chapter.
