§ 13.12.050. Vacation order—Signatures and filing required.

When the city council shall order a street, avenue or alley, or such portion thereof to be vacated, such order shall be signed by the mayor and attested by the city clerk and duly recorded in the office of the county recorder of Churchill County. Upon the filing for record in the office of the county recorder of such order, the street, avenue or alley, or portion thereof, to vacate which such order was made, shall be and become vacated.
