§ 11.08.120. Approval of buildings constructed by lessees.

All buildings constructed by lessees from and after the passage of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall be of materials approved by the city and all plans therefor shall be approved by the city engineer of the city. All construction shall be subject to inspection by the city engineer of the city.
