§ 10.72.090. Riding on sidewalks prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to operate a bicycle upon any sidewalk within the central business district of the city. "Central business district," for purposes of this chapter, is hereby defined to include the area one-half block either side of Maine Street between A Street and Stillwater Avenue, together with the area one-half block either side of Williams Avenue between Nevada Street and LaVerne Street.

The provisions of this section shall not apply to the operation of bicycles by uniformed police officers, acting in the scope and course of their official duties.
