§ 10.68.030. Equipment required—Exceptions.

The following equipment designated in Sections 10.68.040 through 10.68.120 shall be required on all motorcycles and all motor scooters except on actual trail rides conducted outside of public roads and highways.

This section and Sections 10.68.040 through 10.68.120 shall not apply to operators or passengers of three-wheeled vehicles which have an enclosed passenger compartment.
