§ 10.64.010. Through truck routes designated—Weight limits on vehicles utilizing city streets—Exceptions.

  • It is unlawful for the operator of any truck or commercial vehicle having a gross weight of over eight thousand pounds to drive such truck or commercial vehicle through the city or within the city over any street other than U.S. Highway 50, U.S. Highway 95, or FA 520, unless the operator of such truck is required to leave any of such highways for business purposes, in which event, the operator of such vehicle shall use the shortest possible route.
