§ 10.60.010. Vehicles granted right-of-way when.

The following vehicles shall have the right-of-way on any street: Apparatus of the fire department when going to, or on duty at, or returning from, a fire; all vehicles of the police department; all ambulances; and all vehicles conveying members of the fire department to a fire during the period of five minutes after the fire alarm ceases.
