§ 10.52.010. Provisions applicable to persons riding bicycles or riding or driving animals.

Every person riding a bicycle or an animal upon a roadway and every person driving an animal shall be subject to the provisions of this title and Chapter 8.04 applicable to the driver of a vehicle, except those provisions of this title and Chapter 8.04 which by their nature can have no application.
