§ 10.44.190. Vehicles with cleats or spikes on wheels prohibited where.

It is unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven along or upon any paved street any vehicle with any tire or wheel on which is attached cleats or spikes or uneven surfaces, or any device that will cause damage to the pavement on such street.
