§ 10.24.290. Transferring merchandise from one vehicle to another prohibited—Exception.

It is unlawful to transfer merchandise from one vehicle to another upon any street, except in the event that one such vehicle has been damaged or disabled and cannot be removed from the street with safety until the same has been unloaded.
