§ 10.24.220. Parking—Prohibited during certain hours for street-cleaning purposes.

It is unlawful for the owner or driver or any person in charge of a motor vehicle to cause or permit the same to be or remain parked at the curb at any time between the hours of five a.m. and six a.m. of the same day, upon any street within the city, signed and posted to that effect.
