§ 10.24.190. Parking in alleys—Permit required for loading or unloading in business district when.

It is unlawful for any person to park any vehicle in any alley within the boundaries of the business district for a longer period of time than shall be necessary to load or unload goods, wares or merchandise from or to any business establishment in such district at any time without first obtaining a permit from the chief of police, and it is unlawful to park such a vehicle in such a manner as to obstruct the movements of other vehicles through such alley.
