§ 10.24.170. Stopping, standing or parking—Prohibited in driveways when.

  • It is unlawful for the driver of a vehicle or for the owner of a vehicle to permit the driver thereof to stop, stand or park such vehicle, whether attended or unattended, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer, in or in front of a driveway, either private or business.
