§ 10.24.100. Stopping required—Upon emerging from alley or driveway.

The operator of a vehicle emerging from an alley or private driveway shall completely stop such vehicle immediately prior to driving onto a sidewalk or onto the sidewalk area extending across such alley or private driveway.
