§ 10.12.010. Operator's or chauffeur's license—Prerequisite to vehicle operation.

It is unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle upon any street or alley of the city, unless such person shall be the holder of a valid operator's or chauffeur's license issued by the state unless such person shall be exempted from such license by the laws of the state.
