§ 10.08.255. Premises to which the public has access.

  • "Premises to which the public has access" means property in private or public ownership and to which the public is invited or permitted to enter for civic or commercial purposes such as the roadway, or parking lot appurtenant to a governmental building, school, hospital, business, apartment house or complex, or mobile home park, but does not include a private road or driveway of or to an individual dwelling.
