§ 10.04.010. Compliance with title required—Scope.

A.

It is unlawful for any person to fail or neglect to comply with any rule or regulation declared in this title and Chapter 8.04. B. It is unlawful for the owner, lessor or lessee of a motor vehicle or for any person employing or otherwise directing the driver of a motor vehicle to permit the operation of a motor vehicle upon a street or highway when such vehicle is equipped otherwise than is required or permitted by this title and Chapter 8.04 or by the laws of the state.
